Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Neyvo processes personal data submitted through neyvo.org, forms, email, Telegram, CRM tools and AI chat.

1. Data we may process
- Name, company, role, email, phone, Telegram and other contact details.
- Business information, website, CRM, lead channels, integrations and project requirements.
- Messages, briefs, documents and other materials voluntarily provided by the user.
- Technical data: IP address, cookies, browser, device, referral source and analytics events.
- AI chat messages and technical logs when needed for service operation, security and support.
2. Purposes
- Receive and process requests for audits, websites, CRM, analytics, integrations, bots and AI assistants.
- Communicate with the user and prepare a proposal.
- Perform agreed services and provide support.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and improve the website and service.
- Comply with legal, accounting, tax and dispute-related obligations.
3. Services and transfers
Neyvo may use hosting, CRM, email, analytics, messaging, payment, cloud and AI service providers. Data is shared only where necessary for the purposes described in this notice.
Some providers may process data outside the user’s country. Where required, additional safeguards and notices should be used.
4. AI tools
AI tools may be used to structure briefs, draft website content, prepare answer bases and operate the AI chat.
Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, medical data or other sensitive information through forms or AI chat.
