1. Why third-party services are used

Neyvo may use third-party services for hosting, request handling, communication, analytics, payments, document storage, development, AI chat and client projects.

Data sharing is limited to what is necessary for the website, communication and agreed services.

2. Current service categories

  • Hosting and deployment: Vercel or a similar provider.
  • AI tools: OpenAI or a similar provider for AI chat and internal project work.
  • Communication: Telegram, email providers and other agreed channels.
  • CRM and requests: CRM tools, spreadsheets, forms, webhooks and integration services if connected.
  • Analytics: web analytics services if enabled and allowed by cookie consent where required.
  • Payments and documents: bank, payment provider, accounting and document workflow services if applicable.

3. International transfers

Some services may process data outside the user’s country. Where required, additional safeguards, notices or agreements should be used.

Before systematic advertising or sales in a specific region, this list and the legal basis for transfers should be reviewed.
